Subliminal packagings (2019-.) consists in the appropriation and deflection of Apple’s branding and visual merchandizing, while challenging the viewers’ perception. The incrustation of parasitic visual elements disturb the harmonious original landscape image in order to question the discursive gap between digital wallpaper images and those broadcasted in the medias, but also highlight the environmental consequences due to the luxury good’s industry’s obsession for branding and design.
