Hot Stuff

This series explores consumerism as a sacred ritual of communion and transcendance. It re-appropriates, twists and poeticizes food packagings from emerging home restauration deliveries to give them the status of sacred relics but also to question the working conditions of the employees. It witnesses the aesthetic fascination of the artist for bold graphic designs and visual identity of these brands, as well as for manufactured packagings in general, that he tends to elevate as minimalist specific objetcs, or as pedestals or religious ex-votos.
